Medicine ball workout (this is advanced) if you are a beginner, take out the medicine ball . 1. Push-ups with one hand balanced on ball (then alternate hands) 15 seconds each side 2. Both hands into center on ball for tricep push-ups (this one is super challenging) - 30 seconds 3. Reverse bridge hamstring rolls alternate legs- beginners use a towel instead of the ball -30 seconds each side 4. Same as above but both feet on ball - work more core (beginners use a towel) - 30 seconds 5. Side lunge touch downs -30 seconds alternating side 6. Toe taps - 1 minute 7.
